Shri Kamaxidevi Homeopathic Medical College is located on a picturesque hilltop, nestled in the laps of nature in the village of Shiroda, Goa. Goa is a state in western India with coastlines stretching along the Arabian Sea. Its long history as a Portuguese colony prior to 1961 is evident in its preserved 17th-century churches and the area’s tropical spice plantations. Goa is also known for its beautiful temples, beaches and warm atmosphere.
Shri Kamaxidevi Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital is the first and the only Homoeopathic institute in the State of Goa, affiliated to the privileges of Goa University and is recognized by Government of Goa. It is also recognized by the National Commission for Homoeopathy, New Delhi & Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dept. of AYUSH, Government of India.
The college has an up to date infrastructure, with 12 departments well equipped for a healthy teaching learning environment, a well maintained library, sports opportunities etc. all to facilitate quality education to our students. The college has a separate attached teaching hospital which has 4 OPDs, IPD facility, Daycare facility, Physiotherapy, Radiology, Homoeopathic Pharmacy, etc. dedicated to serve the people. Many pioneer Homeopaths serves as visiting professors. The college hosted many seminars and exhibitions to popularize homeopathy. The college student's council is involved various social activities, all this is done with a common goal to promote homoeopathy and well-being among the public.
