DISCIPLINE/ ANTI-RAGGING GUIDELINES
- Shri Kamaxidevi Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital attributes prime importance to discipline, good behaviour and moral Hence, students are requested to be courteous to each other as they would be with their own brother and sister.
- Ragging is strictly prohibited. Any student found indulging in ragging activity shall be expelled from the College.
- Immediate FIR shall be registered against the students involved in ragging.
- Students will be immediately rusticated from the college pending the inquiry.
- Acts of indulging in seduction and/or moral turpitude shall be viewed seriously by the Principal and the candidate found guilty of the act shall be debarred from continuing further studies.
- Every students for the purposes of his/her Admission to homoeopathic medical college shall furnish a character certificate from the institutions where from he/she has passed his/her qualifying examination, which would mention the status of his/her behavioral pattern specially in as to whether he/she has displayed persistent violent or aggressive behaviour to harm others.
- Students not adhering to the above rules shall face stringent action.
STUDENTS ATTENDENCE
- Mandatory required attendance percentage is 75% separately in theory, practical & clinics.
- Academic term (I & II) of 240 days attendance is mandatory
- All tests or examinations conducted by the college or its various departments are compulsory.
IDENTITY CARD
The Identity Card signed by the Principal is compulsory for student. They must carry the identity card on their person. If lost, a duplicate Identity Card can be obtained on payment of double.
DRESS CODE IN THE INSTITUTION
- Students are requested to abstain from wearing tight T-Shirts and tight jeans pants within the College and hospital Male students are requested to wear a clean and well stitched(not tight) shirt and long pant. Female students are to wear a clean and well stitched (not tight) Churidar/Salwar-Kameez/ Trouser-blouse. No female student should were mini dress. Female students are desired to wear decent clothes.
- On National days students are desired to wear formal clothing.
- During College hours students should compulsorily wear Aprons and should carry their Identity card.
